If you have been around Your Bff much, you are bound to hear, “it has to be realistic for YOU!” I am planning to unpack the ‘Whole 30’ craze…the good, the bad, the ugly.  I am interested in food plans that are realistic for a person to adapt to (even if it’s a little painful in the beginning) AND stick to for life.  Any other ‘plan’ or ‘program’ or ‘system’ is not worth the paper you print them on, if you cannot incorporate them into your life, for life!

As we go through the discussion of this approach I will also share a variety of helpful, doable tips and ideas for ‘Making Better Choices for a Healthy Lifestyle’!
