Suzy Head ShotI am a certified personal trainer and am passionate about helping people make better choices for healthier lifestyles, and improving their well-being.  My clients are people who want to eat, sleep, look, and feel better so they can enjoy life more.  I do this by helping them set goals, establish an individualized plan for exercise and nutrition, and then monitor and educate them as they work towards a healthier lifestyle.  Just as importantly, we establish a relationship that allows us to work together on these goals, and act as a coach and motivator to keep them focused on where they want to go.
