I don’t know how many times I am thinking about writing an article and I come across a resource or article that expresses my thoughts better than I could!! I am thankful that there are so many resources available-however, for some people it can be overwhelming to wade through the plethora of health and fitness articles and studies and videos out there. That’s where I, Your Bff, come in!! For me, it’s intriguing and exciting to discover all these handy and helpful nuggets of information! So I am embarking on a journey of discovery! Three Reasons to Cook with Muffin Tins
I recently came across a website called ‘Appetite for Health’. One of their articles addressed an easy way to accomplish THREE important things in healthy eating:
- Make cooking fast and easy so you will DO it!
- Make it easy to control/determine portions- by pre-proportioning the food when you cook it. This will help you keep calories in check.
- Make things that you can make ahead and that are portable.
These are principles that I repeat over and over to my clients! And guess what?!
