One of the biggest challenges with incorporating exercise into our daily routine is just getting STARTED.  Knowing what to start with and having equipment are two other stumbling blocks.  Stumble no more!!  Use this infographic to get started TODAY-right now!

You do not need equipment and you have the graphic below to show you the perfect way to start!  Some suggestions:  Push ups are difficult-start with a regular plank (just hold the up position of the push up, or do it on bent elbows)-start with 15 second hold.  Also, for jump planks, leave out the ‘jump’ at first.  Just move one leg at a time about 45* from start position. Let’s get started!  You will have fun and feel great!
