Your Best Fitness Friend

Hi, I’m Suzy and I would like to be your ‘best fitness friend’! I am a friendly, energetic and highly motivated individual who is passionate about helping people.  For the past 20 years I have explored various types of exercise and healthy eating plans and acquired my certification in personal training 11 years ago. Since then, I’ve added certifications in Weight Management, Fitness Nutrition and most recently, Menopause Specialist.  My goal is to continue to gain knowledge and expertise and to pursue ways I can use these skills to help others make ‘better choices for a healthier lifestyles’.

Tools for Success

Profile & Assessment

We will schedule time to chat and get to know each other and learn about you and your goals. I will have you fill out a profile and, if appropriate,  we will do an in – person assessment of both your current physical state and your readiness to begin a journey to better health and wellness.

Plan

Together we develop a personalized plan and a schedule for meeting your goals. This will include the focus and frequency of your sessions as well as SMART goals.

Participation

I will help you stick with the plan you created by motivating, monitoring, educating and meeting with you as we track your progress and enjoy your progression!
